About the Role:As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will cover lessons, deliver small group interventions, and provide high-quality classroom support.
Key Responsibilities:?? Deliver engaging lessons in the absence of the class teacher?? Support pupils’ learning across the curriculum?? Provide targeted interventions to support pupil progress?? Manage classroom behavior effectively?? Build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues
What We’re Looking For:? A HLTA qualification or relevant experience? Strong curriculum knowledge across primary subjects? Excellent classroom management skills? The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff? A commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
