Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales & Marketing Director and other colleagues in seeking new markets and sales opportunities for the DARCO range of medical devices
  • Support the Sales & Marketing Director in running clinical evaluations of our products, working with and building close working relationships with clinicians and their teams
  • Undertake special projects and take the lead when required
  • Ability/willingness to travel from time to time, including some overnight stays

Experience

  • At least one year’s sales /marketing experience
  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Excellent co-ordination skills
  • Creative and confident communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools

Desireable

  • Experience of dealing with outside agencies/organisations
  • Copy-writing and proof-reading experience
  • Advertising/design skills and experience
  • Database management experience
  • Experience of working within a health industry setting
  • Educated to degree level
