Ideal candidates will have experience managing social media accounts and crafting inspiring content that resonates with diverse audiences. You should thrive on engaging with followers, seeking opportunities to amplify our message, and understanding marketing metrics to enhance our reach and advocacy. Identifying collaboration opportunities will also be key to promoting our initiatives.

As a vital member of our Communications Team, you'll contribute to all aspects of our marketing and communications efforts, including social media, advertising, editorial work, branding, annual reports, and both digital and printed communications. With an exciting year ahead, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team.

After one week on site the role will be fully remote.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Oversee accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, adapting to new channels as they emerge.
  • Content Planning: Maintain an up-to-date content calendar aligned with our communications strategy.
  • Content Creation and Delivery: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce engaging social media content (graphics, videos, live events) that reflects our messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Community Engagement: Actively interact with our followers to boost our reach and brand loyalty, responding to messages and comments while sharing relevant content.
  • Reporting: Generate monthly reports and end-of-campaign evaluations, highlighting insights and lessons learned to guide future efforts.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed about relevant topics and trends, ensuring our content remains timely and on-brand.
  • Collaboration Identification: Seek partnerships with social media creators aligned with our values to enhance visibility.
  • Support and Guidance: Assist internal teams in developing their social media presence and establishing themselves as thought leaders.
  • Guideline Development: Create and maintain social media guidelines and escalation procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required
  • Social Media Proficiency: Up-to-date experience with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok in a professional context.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop social media plans and regularly post engaging content across multiple channels.
  • Community Cultivation: Proven track record of growing online communities that foster positive brand perceptions.
  • Content Creation: Skill in producing captivating content, including videos, that drives engagement.
