It's a small organisation with a compact finance team, so you will be prepared to work at all levels across the finance function, including preparation of management accounts, cashflows and forecasts alongside year-end accounts, managing the year-end process and oversight of payroll.They are looking for a qualified accountant with experience of managing the finances of a small to medium-sized organisation with experience of producing financial reporting up to board level.Experience within the charity sector could be beneficial, but candidates with a commercial background could also bring significant value to the role.In return, they offer a competitive salary, up to 33 days' holiday, including bank holidays, and a wider package of benefits is also offered.The role is based full-time on site, but there is flexibility within the working day and 4 days a week could also be considered for the right candidate.It's a fantastic organisation and a brilliant place to work - vibrant, community focused and there's always something going on.
