  • Manage daily bank reconciliations with precision and accuracy.
  • Facilitate payments via CHAPS, BACS, and foreign payment systems.
  • Ensure client funds are allocated correctly and promptly.
  • Handle billing and bank deposits.
  • Build rapport with clients both in person and over the phone.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries.
  • Support and contribute to a safe and positive work environment.
  • Assist in enhancing office processes and procedures.
  • Undertake any other tasks as required by the firm to ensure smooth operations.

Essential

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • A collaborative team player with a professional approach to relationship building.
  • Familiarity with Solicitors' Accounts Rules and experience using Legal Accounts software.
  • Previous experience as a cashier in a legal or solicitor's office.
