We are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives to work for a busy client based in Greetland (HX4).
This is initially a temporary role with ourselves, with the view to go permanent with the client after 13 weeks.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Working in a busy plant
- Operating machines, minimize downtime and ensure machine is cleaned
- Machine safety checks
- Report any maintenance issues and follow procedure
- Physical role
- Ensure you are hitting production figures and improve.
- Follow health and safety at all times
- Maintain KPI's
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role (2 years)
- Physically fit due to heavy lifting manual duties
- Good basic computer skills
Hours:
Days and Nights rotating (2 weeks on days as below, then 2 weeks on nights as below
Week 1 Days 0600-1800:
- Monday 0600-1800
- Tuesday 0600-1800
- Wednesday - OFF
- Thursday - OFF
- Friday 0600-1800
- Saturday 0600-1800
- Sunday 0600-1800
Week 2 days 0600-1800
- Monday - OFF
- Tuesday - OFF
- Wednesday 0600-1800
- Thursday 0600-1800
- Friday - OFF
- Saturday - OFF
- Sunday - OFF
Week 3 Nights 1800-0600
- Monday 1800-0600
- Tuesday 1800-0600
- Wednesday - OFF
- Thursday - OFF
- Friday 1800-0600
- Saturday 1800-0600
- Sunday 1800-0600
Week 4 Nights 1800-0600
- Monday - OFF
- Tuesday - OFF
- Wednesday 1800-0600
- Thursday 1800-0600
- Friday - OFF
- Saturday - OFF
- Sunday - OFF
Salary:
- £15.79 day shiftshourly rate
- £21.00 night shiftshourly rate
