As the business grows, your role as Customer Service Manager involves leading the Customer Service team, ensuring a professional environment, and enhancing customer satisfaction to boost sales. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing, training, and mentoring the Customer Service team.
- Establishing relationships with stakeholders for process improvement.
- Coordinating with Commercial and Sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Setting and monitoring KPIs, and reporting on team performance.
- Establishing and maintaining Customer Service policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and German
- Strong communication and customer service management experience.
- Knowledge of customer service in a manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to resolve issues calmly and innovatively.
