West Yorkshire Halifax £35,000 - £45,000Pension, Holiday

As the business grows, your role as Customer Service Manager involves leading the Customer Service team, ensuring a professional environment, and enhancing customer satisfaction to boost sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing, training, and mentoring the Customer Service team.
  • Establishing relationships with stakeholders for process improvement.
  • Coordinating with Commercial and Sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Setting and monitoring KPIs, and reporting on team performance.
  • Establishing and maintaining Customer Service policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and German
  • Strong communication and customer service management experience.
  • Knowledge of customer service in a manufacturing environment.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to resolve issues calmly and innovatively.
