Page Group are working in partnership with a leading national business who are looking to appoint a Customer Operations Manager to their offices based in Halifax. This customer operation / contact centre function will plan and assign work for a field operations function nationally
Description
- Leadership of a 40fte Customer Operations / Contact Centre function with 2 direct reports
- Plan and assign workload to a field operations function responsible for carrying out works for UK wide customers
- Work with key stakeholders across the business to ensure customer needs are met
- Manage multiple varying SLA's / Contract, ensuring customer needs are met
- Ensure adequate resource is available to meet customer demands, taking into account reactive and pre planned works
- Use planning software to ensure customer demands can be met in line with SLA's / Contractual agreements
- Work closely with field operations / engineer teams to ensure customer demands are met
- Look at historic data, market trends and customer behaviour to help accurately forecast workload
- Manage and assign workload to ensure all customer works are carried out
Profile
- Experience managing a Customer Operation / Contact Centre function
- Experience supporting a field services, engineering or other similar team responsible for carrying out works
- Excellent communicator
- Strong stakeholder managements experience
Job Offer
The role of Customer Operations Manager wil join a national market leading business based in Halifax.
The position is Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £47,000 to £52,000 plus excellent company benefits.
Based in Halifax, the role will be 3 days on site, 2 working from home
