Role: Car Sales Executive
Package: £45k-£50k OTE (uncapped) Salary up to £24k

This isn't a run of the mill dealership, this is appointment only, taking customers on an exceptional buying journey, selling the best of the best!
As a fast-growing luxury car dealership based out of Elland, we're looking for an determined, driven sales person to join the team and ensure customers are leaving with their dream cars and a smile on their face!
Up to £50k OTE in year 1 with a salary DOE. This commission scheme is set up for you to win!

The Role
Key responsibilities:
- Meet & greet customers for their showroom appointment
- Sell prestige and performance used vehicles from brands like Range Rover, Mercedes-Benz, and others
- Maximise sales opportunities by upselling market-leading products and additional services.
- Conduct professional test drives and demonstrate vehicles to potential customers.
- Maintain the showrooms appearance, ensuring a clean and organised environment.
- Provide a class-leading customer experience, building strong relationships with customers to foster trust, loyalty & repeat business
- Follow a structured sales process designed by a tried and tested senior Sales Director to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Proactively handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and diligently follow up on all sales leads to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Handle customer objections effectively and close deals confidently.
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Stay resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and product details.
- Act as a positive and professional ambassador for the company at all times.
The Person

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or face-to-face retail sectors.
- Possess a full UK driving licence.
- Confident, motivated, and results-driven team player with a professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A willingness to embrace training and development opportunities to advance your career.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm and every other Saturday 9am - 3pm.
