The role:

24-7 Recruitment are currently looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers for a client we are representing in the Halifax area. Due to an increased demand from the client, we are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Driversin the Halifax area, on a temporary to permanent basis - The client you will be working for specialise in waste management and recycling. The client has stated that a strong backgrond withiin these areas would be desirable but not essential for the role

Requirements:

Professional experience driving an HGV Vehicle
No DD, DR or IN convictions on licence
Ideally a background in waste management / recycling

Skills:

Valid driver's license with appropriate category for operating a HGV Vehicle
Proven experience as an HGV delivery driver
Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
Ability to navigate using GPS to locate delivery addresses.
