An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef to lead the team at this beautifully appointed country house hotel with an award winning 2AA Rosette Restaurant as well as a stylish bar and lounge area.
Located in a stunning part of West Yorkshire, the establishment can serve up to 60 covers within the fine dining restaurant with sumptuous a la carte menus focusing on local produce.

They also cater for meetings, conferences and other events for up to 200 guestsand alsooffer private dining, and as such you will be required to have hotel and banqueting experience.
They are looking for an experienced, talented and passionate Head Chef who can inspire and nurture their team as they look to maintain their excellent reputation.
As Head Chef you will:
- Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and you will be managing and motivating a professional brigade, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
- Have solid man management and kitchen management skills are essential along with a stable background
- Be a creative and talented Chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
- Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine and the right candidate will ideally be experienced in good fresh food and fine dining kitchens
