Business Development ManagerLocation: HalifaxSalary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year + Uncapped Commission

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively call new business opportunities and build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage inbound sales opportunities, providing quotes through a job management system.
  • Secure sales with clients through relationship building and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships via outbound calls and emails.
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads and customers effectively.
  • Achieve KPIs and sales targets set by management.
  • Organize workload and contribute to team-based discussions and strategies.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Previous experience in telesales is essential.
  • Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Passion for sales with a high level of motivation.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
