Overview

Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside an established provider that specialise in providing high quality Children’s social care services, to help recruit an experienced Registered Manager for their 7-bed learning disabilities Residential Service supporting children.

The Candidate

As the Registered Manager you will have overall responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the service, including the leadership and management of the staff team and continuous collaboration with the company’s quality team. You will be overseeing the efficient delivery and development of the service whilst working closely alongside the Regional Manager, where together you will ensure the children receive the best care. You will possess a deep working knowledge of health and social care, particularly in relation to Oftsed rules and regulations. Moreover, they will also require strong people management and communication skills, as well as sound commercial understanding.

Salary and Benefits

A salary of £63’000-£74’000 per annum (dependent on experience) with benefits including:

Location

The role is located in Halifax and is commutable from Bradford, Huddersfield, Brighouse, Keighley, and Todmorden.
