Design Engineer required. Our client is a well-established Structural Steel Fabricator based in the Halifax area. Due to continued success, they are seeking an ambitious Design Engineer to join their close-knit team.
Design Engineer - Structural Steel Job Overview- Producing designs for structural steel fabrications with the use of TEKLA
- Liaising with customers on project plans and specifications
- Updating customers on project progress and deadlines
- Liaising with sub-contract structural engineers
- 3+ years of Design Engineering experience with use of TEKLA or Solidworks
- An understanding / experience with structural steel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Based in a commutable distance of Halifax
- Salary £28,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 17:00. Friday 07:30 - 14:30. Permanent position
