What We Offer:
- Hourly Rate: 38,000 to 42,000
- Monthly Bonus: Earn between 200 - 600, rewarding your hard work and dedication.
- Overtime: Available at time-and-a-half, offering the opportunity to boost your earnings.

Working Hours:
- Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Tuesday to Thursday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm (start your weekend early!)

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform top-quality repairs and replacements of damaged vehicle panels, ensuring a perfect finish.
- Utilise specialised tools and equipment to carry out panel beating with precision and efficiency.
- Adhere to manufacturer standards and repair methods to maintain the integrity of all vehicles.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
- Collaborate closely with team members and support junior staff when needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience in a panel beating role within an automotive repair or body shop environment.
- Skill Set: Expertise in straightening, filling, and reshaping vehicle panels. Welding and bonding experience is highly advantageous.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver meticulous repairs with a focus on quality.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to productivity, time management, and teamwork.
- Qualifications: NVQ/IMI Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent is preferred, but experience will be considered.
