• Hourly Rate: 38,000 to 42,000
• Monthly Bonus: Earn between 200 - 600, rewarding your hard work and dedication.
• Overtime: Available at time-and-a-half, offering the opportunity to boost your earnings.

• Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Tuesday to Thursday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm (start your weekend early!)

• Perform top-quality repairs and replacements of damaged vehicle panels, ensuring a perfect finish.
• Utilise specialised tools and equipment to carry out panel beating with precision and efficiency.
• Adhere to manufacturer standards and repair methods to maintain the integrity of all vehicles.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
• Collaborate closely with team members and support junior staff when needed.

• Experience: Proven experience in a panel beating role within an automotive repair or body shop environment.
• Skill Set: Expertise in straightening, filling, and reshaping vehicle panels. Welding and bonding experience is highly advantageous.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver meticulous repairs with a focus on quality.
• Work Ethic: Strong commitment to productivity, time management, and teamwork.
• Qualifications: NVQ/IMI Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent is preferred, but experience will be considered.
