Our client is an established and expanding organisation based in Halifax, looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

This is a full-time role, and working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

This is a hybrid role, with one day per week working from home.

The role

  • Conducting inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
  • Offering advice to customers.
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with all clients.
  • Day to day administrative project management tasks
  • Recording key information on a range of systems, including an internal database.
  • Providing clear and accurate reporting.
  • Support training of new starters as required.
  • General admin support to the wider team.

Key skills

  • Minimum 2 years contact centre or call centre experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer focused
  • Able to solve problems by analysing information and recommending solutions.
  • Telephone and call handling experience
  • Excellent time management.
  • Able to work as part of a team, whilst also managing your own workload.
