Customer Service Advisor£25,900Hybrid (1 day wfh)
Our client is an established and expanding organisation based in Halifax, looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
This is a full-time role, and working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
This is a hybrid role, with one day per week working from home.
The role
- Conducting inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
- Offering advice to customers.
- Maintaining a positive relationship with all clients.
- Day to day administrative project management tasks
- Recording key information on a range of systems, including an internal database.
- Providing clear and accurate reporting.
- Support training of new starters as required.
- General admin support to the wider team.
Key skills
- Minimum 2 years contact centre or call centre experience required.
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused
- Able to solve problems by analysing information and recommending solutions.
- Telephone and call handling experience
- Excellent time management.
- Able to work as part of a team, whilst also managing your own workload.

Parking is available but this role is easily commutable by public transport too.
