Description
- Providing comprehensive HR support to the site
- Assisting with recruitment, training and development initiatives.
- Handling employee relations and grievances.
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and company policies.
- Participating in performance management processes.
- Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinating and implementing office health and safety measures.
Profile
A successful HR Generalist should have:
- HR generalist experience with the ability to work stand alone onsite
- Have worked in a manufacturing environment ideally in a shift/rostered environment
- CIPD Level 5 or working towards
- A strong understanding of UK employment law.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive and professional approach to tasks.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
