Role: Project Integrator

Location: Halifax, 2 days per week on site required

Duration: 6-month contract

Rate: 500.00 (umbrella)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Integrator is a key role focused on both business and technology change, requiring expertise in managing complex, high-risk implementations and ensuring timely, effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task Coordination & Integration: Develop integration task sequences in collaboration with the Product Owner (PO), aligned to the Lab backlog. Effectively catalogue and manage dependencies between the lab and other teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders outside of the lab to ensure smooth interlock, enabling rapid delivery and mitigating potential blockers. Act as the main interface between the supplier (3rd Party) and business stakeholders.
  • Complex Change Management: Manage complex, high-risk implementations that require coordination across multiple parties (internal and external) to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Lead the integration process and/or implementation events, ensuring the successful completion of shared infrastructure changes.
  • Governance Expertise: Provide governance support for activities owned by the Product Owner, including change processes across multiple labs, offering expertise without directly influencing content.
  • Agile Leadership: Lead change management within a business area by championing agile methods. Assist in setting up new agile teams, providing coaching and advice, and sharing insights on the most suitable tools and methods to use.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders, improving collaboration and consensus-building to drive successful change outcomes. Facilitate conflict resolution and provide alternative solutions where needed.
  • Planning, Tracking, Reporting & Governance: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, managing critical risks and issues, and ensuring that dependencies are tracked and resolved within agreed timelines.

  • Strong understanding of agile practices and experience leading agile teams.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to handle conflicting priorities and facilitate decision-making.
  • Strong planning, tracking, and reporting skills, with the ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence and lead diverse teams and stakeholders.
