Our client is actively looking to recruit several candidates to work as a Production Operative in Halifax. This is an exciting role where you will be involved in the production process of new products with plenty of opportunities to progress within your role!
Job Role / Duties:
- You will work on continuous production lines in Process, Picking & Packing, or Wrapping.
- You will be responsible for carrying out basic quality checks & maintaining high production standards
- You will develop and represent the understanding of good manufacturing practice, HACCP systems, and Health & Safety in the workplace
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to cope with a fast-paced working environment is essential Manual handling or lifting may be required for up to 15kg and as part of the team
- All training is provided.
Shifts & Salary:
For the first 12 weeks Days: £11.44 p/h | Overtime: £15.63p/h
For the first 12 weeks Nights: £11.70 p/h | Overtime: £17.55p/h
After 12 weeks Days: £11.57p/h | Overtime: £17.36p/h
After 12 weeks Nights: £12.99p/h | Overtime: £19.49p/h
Overtime is anything over 40 hours
