A successful and well respected Mortgage Brokers based in West Yorkshire are looking to recruit a Protection Adviser. Prospective candidates must have previous experience of working as a Protection Adviser. This is a fantastic opportunity where all leads are provided. A basic salary starting at £30,000 is on offer for the right candidate with commission earnings on top. OTE of £60,000.
Protection Advisor Role: -
- All leads are generated from the mortgage advisors and customers are expecting contact
- Offer multiple products including Life Cover, Critical Illness, Income Protection & Family Income Benefit
- Ensure all sales are compliant and meet clients' requirements through an advised sale process
Skills for a Protection Advisor include: -
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Life Insurance either advised or non advised.
- Have a process driven sales style, confident in fact finding and developing rapport with clients through a consultative approach
- Money motivated with ambition to over succeed any targets given
