- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and covenant reporting.
- Manage group budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow analysis.
- Lead financial governance and compliance, including taxation.
- Partner with banks for funding and capital management.
- Chair monthly board meetings for subsidiaries.
- Identify and deliver margin improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Qualified accountant (preferably ACA) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
- Proven expertise in group reporting and SAP-based environments.
- Experience in manufacturing and raising capital is highly advantageous.
- Confidence in strategic decision-making and execution.
