NJR Recruitment are thrilled to be recruiting for a dynamic team at a leading Independent Financial Adviser firm based on the outskirts of Halifax, who have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join them.

As a Paraplanner, you will be an integral part of the financial planning team, providing comprehensive support to a team of advisers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Report Preparation: Create detailed and compliant financial planning reports and recommendations for clients
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on financial products and services to support client recommendations
  • Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and clarify their financial objectives and needs
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with regulatory requirements
  • Support for Advisers: Assist financial advisers in preparing for client meetings and follow-ups

The successful candidate will need to have proven experience working as a Paraplanner - preferably within an IFA environment with knowledge of Investment and Pension products. Ideally you will be Level 4 qualified, although Chartered candidates will be extremely welcome. Candidates without qualifications will still be considered. You will be having excellent Microsoft and Excel skills solid communication and interpersonal skills.
