A market leading financial client based in Halifax or Banbury or Manchester require an accomplished Firewall Engineer to join them for an exciting and challenging engagement.

Role: Firewall Engineer

Location: Halifax or Banbury or Manchester (2 days week on site)

Duration: 6 Months - possibility for extension

Salary: Circa 70k - 72k/Annum

Experience and Skills required:

Experienced Firewall Engineer is required to support a firewall migration programme with experience of Check Point platforms and maestro firewall
Analysis of existing estate, matching requirements from agreed solutions, and designing replacement strategies and changes, with an appropriate eye for detail to ensure a seamless migration between technologies.
Collaboration with a Network Management partner in delivery, and experience of working within the UK Financial sector would be advantageous, together with demonstrable experience at a design level on Firewall hardware migration activities
