Academics Supply Agency is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join our team and work across a variety of schools. If you're a qualified teacher with a love for languages and a desire to share that passion with students, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality MFL lessons (French, Spanish, German, etc.) to students of various ages and abilities.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote language skills and cultural awareness.
- Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Maintain effective classroom management and ensure student progress through regular assessments.
- Work collaboratively with school staff and communicate effectively with students and parents.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Passionate about Modern Foreign Languages and teaching students.
- Ability to teach at least one language to GCSE level (A-Level experience is a plus).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to different school environments and age groups.
- Experience in supply teaching is advantageous but not essential.
