The Company: An established, Halifax based IFA firm looking to add an experienced private wealth focused IFA Administrator to their adviser support team. A consultative lifestyle planning firm with a very clear focus on ensuring an excellent client experience.

  • Office Location: Halifax
  • Hybrid/Home Working: No - 100% office-based

Package: £30-35k base + discretionary bonus and full company benefits

  • Key Benefits: 5% Pension, 4 x DIS and a flexible working setup
  • Holidays: 25 days holiday + stats
  • Working hours: 35hrs p/w

The Role: Providing full back-office Admin support to Advisers, acting as port of call for client queries as required too. Duties include:

  • To provide accurate and timely administrative support to the administration teams, ensuring compliance with internal and statutory requirements.
  • To accurately post remuneration onto the firms’ back-office system.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date computer records in order to report accurate figures as required and support business activity effectively.
  • To operate as a member of Private Client Administrative team, including liaison with advisers and other staff as required, to ensure all administrative activities are completed accurately and on time
  • To ensure correct documentation is issued in line with all compliance requirements
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers, providers, clients and colleagues.

Other ad hoc duties reasonable and appropriate to post, as required to support the administrative functions within the business such as Mail Merges, Post Duties, Meeting Room Preparation and Greeting Clients.

The Person: The firm is looking to attract an industry experienced head to their already experienced team. Ideally you will be:

  • Sat within Admin support for an IFA/wealth manager of investment manager
  • Experienced in processing new/existing business within investments and pensions
  • Comfortable working in a team-orientated office environment
  • Ideally experienced with Intelligent Office/Intelliflo or equivalent systems
