Wills and Probate Solicitor Location: Huddersfield/ HalifaxSalary: from £35,000 (NQ)My client is looking to expand their Private Client team for their Huddersfield and Halifax offices.They are looking to recruit a Wills and Probate practitioner to manage a caseload of matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Probate.The role would be suitable for someone with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in this area looking to progress their career and handle more complex matters. The successful applicant will be joining a welcoming and supportive team with a wealth of knowledge and experience and with connections to other professionals in the field.You will run a caseload of client matters, dealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client’s initial instructions, will drafting, dealing with the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and the administration of estates. There will be extensive client contact including home visits and a strong commitment to client care.
