Job Information:
- I am recruiting for a Children's Registered Home Manager to manage an OFSTED-regulated service.
- The children's home is a new service that will provide person-centred support for children and young people between the ages of 6 and 18 years who have EBD and challenging behaviours.
- The home is a 3 bedded home
- You will hold OFSTED registration for children's home
- You will manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD
- Build and develop staff team
- Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
- Ensure the service meets OFSTED and company standards
- The home is based in Halifax
Pay
- Up to 55,000
- + bonuses
Contract
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 5pm
- + on-call duties
- Full-time, permanent contract
Requirements:
- Deputy or Registered Manager experience
- Level 5 in leadership and management
- Level 3 in children and young people
- Driving Licence
