Description

  • Reporting into the HR Director however you will have responsibility for the Halifax site of approx 50 employees working with the SLT
  • Site based and first point of contact for all HR matters including
  • Employee Relations, day to day operational HR queries, L&D, recruitment, payroll administration, stakeholder management, payroll administration
  • Supporting a cultural change in the organisation

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • previously operated in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager capacity with the ability to work in a standalone role
  • A proven track record in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
  • Site based 5 days per week
