The Role:First-Line IT Security Support:
- Respond to IT security-related support requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with endpoint security, firewalls, antivirus software, and other security tools.
Client Assistance:
- Provide guidance on IT security best practices.
- Assist clients with configuring and maintaining security solutions tailored to their needs.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cybersecurity specialists to address recurring issues and emerging threats.
- Support efforts to improve security protocols and procedures.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in IT support with a keen interest in cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of network security, firewalls, and endpoint protection tools.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
