We are working with a multi award winning company based in Halifax who are looking for a commercial mortgage advisor to join their team. They typically deal with bridging, 2nd charge, commercial and development finance. All leads will be fully qualified by the case management team. Full admin support will be provided.
Commercial Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
- Advise customers on the best deal for them
- Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
- Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the application is smooth for the customer.
- Help the team continue to innovate outstanding advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
Experience needed to become a Commercial Mortgage Advisor;
- Must have 1 years experience working with commercial mortgages.

- 27.5k - 35k basic salary
- Commission up to 25%
