Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Production Planner to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our production runs seamlessly to meet customer demand and maintain optimal stock levels.


As Production Planner, key responsibilities will be to: -


* Plan and schedule production to meet demands within capacity constraints.
* Own and execute the production schedule, collaborating with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Maintenance teams.
* Use cutting-edge ERP systems to manage day-to-day planning and materials coordination.
* Ensure raw materials are always on hand to meet production schedules.
* Drive efficiency by managing inventory reviews, addressing slow-moving stock, and ensuring smooth processes.
* Build strong relationships and actively participate in key meetings to enable success.


The successful candidate will: -


* Previous experience of Production Planning, gained in a manufacturing environment.
* A customer-first mindset and excellent relationship-building skills.
* Have a proactive attitude.
* Confidence to challenge processes and drive resolutions.
* Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel and ERP planning tools.
* High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
