Job Opportunity: Administrative Support for Marketing Team

WFH 4 days per week / £25,000

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join our marketing team as an Administrator. This role is essential in supporting the teams daily operations and driving forward key marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Mailbox Management: Monitor and distribute incoming requests, ensuring they reach the right individuals.
  • Task Management: Upload, assign, and track tasks using Monday.com, the team's project management tool. Ensure contact details, documents, and deadlines are always up to date.
  • Meetings & Actions: Attend weekly team meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action points. Regularly chase the team for updates and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Invoice Processing: Manage invoices, code them correctly, and send them to the purchase ledger after approval.
  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for external partners and maintain close communication with other departments and external organisations, such as design agencies.
  • Marketing Materials Management: Ensure marketing materials are sent as requested, and maintain safety stock levels.
  • Event & Trade Show Support: Assist with organising trade shows and events, including managing deadlines, booking travel, hotels, and other logistics. Occasionally, you may be asked to attend in support of the commercial team.


What Youll Need:

  • Competence with Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, and Teams).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • A proactive attitude, with the initiative to solve problems and manage tasks efficiently.
  • A professional and personable manner, as youll be representing the company in communications with external partners.


What We Offer:

  • Salary circa £25,000
  • Hybrid working, WFH 3 or 4 days and in office Halifax (HX2) 1 or 2 days a week
  • Full training on our project management system, Monday.com.
