Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated and experienced SEN Intervention Staff to join our team, working across multiple schools in Calderdale. This role involves traveling to different schools to provide intervention lessons for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned intervention lessons to SEN and SEMH pupils.
  • Travel between various schools within Calderdale.
  • Follow lesson plans provided by lead teachers to ensure consistency and quality of education.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience working with SEN and SEMH pupils is essential.
  • Suitable for Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) and Cover Supervisors. Teaching Assistants (TAs) with strong relevant experience will also be considered.
