Role Overview:

As a Quality Coordinator, you will be the cornerstone of our quality assurance efforts, ensuring that all products/services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You'll work closely with various departments to develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and strategies. Your keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring our quality standards are consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage quality control processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate quality metrics and performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance.
  • Train and support staff on quality control processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a quality coordination or quality assurance role.
  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
