Responsibilities of the Assembly Shop Manager include:
- Manage and supervise assembly shop operations
- Coordinate with other departments
- Implement and maintain efficient production processes to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate assembly shop staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, and track key performance indicators.
We are keen to speak with Assembly Shop Managers with the following:
- Proven experience in managing assembly operations in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in production planning and process optimisation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
