Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in Halifax to recruit an Assembly Shop Manager Salary: upto £55k Benefits:

Responsibilities of the Assembly Shop Manager include:

  • Manage and supervise assembly shop operations
  • Coordinate with other departments 
  • Implement and maintain efficient production processes to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate assembly shop staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports, and track key performance indicators.
