Page Personnel have just registered a new, 3 month interim Senior Accounts Assistant position for a Technology business based in Halifax. Due to a busy period within the team, our client have this new position available for an immediately available, experienced Finance candidate to join their business. This is a great interim contract and can offer long term potential as well as an immediate start.

Description

Duties will include, but will not be limited to: full reviews of the company creditor and debtor ledgers, processing high volumes of company payments and invoices, bank reconciliations, supplier statement reconciliations, using MS Excel and Sage 200 on a daily basis, investigating queries and discrepancies, ensuring that all data and invoices are correctly matched and uploaded, dealing with internal stakeholders within the business.

Profile

Will have used Sage 200 and have strong MS Excel skills (V Look Ups and Pivot Tables) previously.

Will be either immediately available to start this position or working on a reduced notice.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Will able to work on a stand alone basis.

Job Offer

Salary up to 30,000 per annum depending on skills and experience + immediate start available + 3 month fixed term contract with the possibility for extension + hybrid working + flexible working hours + excellent staff benefits.
