We're looking for an enthusiastic and go getting individual to take on the role of Accounts Assistant in the vibrant city of Halifax! In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your finance experience around a small team of dedicated professionals.
Day to day you will be carrying out roles such as Assist with financial statements, carry out data entry tasks ensuring they are accurate, process the accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, handle financial queries, supporting the rest of the finance team in daily tasks and operations.
If this sounds like a role that would suit you, you will need the following to be considered:
* 3 year's experience in finance including experience in using Sage and Microsoft systems
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work well both in a team and individually
* Great time management skills
* Payroll experience is preferred
