Our client is looking for a Service Administrator to provide Administration Support to the wider service team
Key Responsibilities – Service Administrator
- Service quotations.Â
- Liase with customers to follow up on submitted quotations.Â
- Create a positive technical interface with the customer base.Â
- Day to day administrative support for the service team.Â
- Enter repair jobs on to centralised system.Â
Qualifications & Requirements – Service Administrator
- Educated to GCSE/SSC or equivalent.Â
- Ability to communicate effectively and handle enquiries in a confident and professional manner.Â
- Ability to write simple correspondence.Â
- Ability to coordinate daily workload to known deadlines and project requirements.
- Reasonable IT skill level; including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM databases
