Join our Team as a Store Supervisor for a Vibrant Coffee Shop!We are currently recruiting for a bustling coffee shop committed to serving quality coffee and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for customers. The company prides itself on exceptional customer service and providing a memorable experience with every visit.As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations. You will lead a team of dedicated baristas, ensuring customers receive outstanding service and the shop runs smoothly.Location: Halifax (HX1)Salary: £24,000 - £24,500 Hours: 37.5 hours per weekDuties:
  • Opening and closing the store
  • Manage day-to-day operations, stock management, and ensuring cleanliness and organisation.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through personalised service and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Uphold health and safety standards, including food handling and preparation protocols.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a coffee shop or café setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive and proactive person
