Academics, a leading recruitment agency based in Halifax, is looking for a fantastic Behaviour Support Worker to join a friendly school in Huddersfield!

Do you have a passion for working with children and a background in sports, dance, or a similar activity?

In this full-time role, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 children. You'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with children in a positive and motivating way.
  • Supporting teachers in creating a well-managed classroom.
  • Encouraging good behaviour and helping children develop positive social skills.

We're looking for someone who:
