About the Role:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Service Manager for a mental health rehabilitation service in Halifax. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all Care Quality Commission (CQC) and statutory regulations.
  • Uphold high clinical governance standards to maintain resident safety.
  • Support the Registered Manager in maintaining a strong market reputation through local networking and contractual meetings.
  • Maximise bed occupancy by proactively engaging with commissioners and external stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in a mental health setting.
  • Strong knowledge of current mental health and social care legislation.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
