Care coordinator required for a Homecare Teambased in HX2. Full-time, permanent position.
Applications will only be accepted from applicants with a UK driving licence with own car.
We are looking for someone who has worked in a care setting for at least 5 years, who has hands-on experience and also a minimum of 2 years experience as a leader/supervisor.
We are looking for someone who will ensure that a timely and compassionate, top qualityservice is provided to all our clients. You will be the primaryliaison with our clients, relatives and carers and therefore must have an excellent command of the English language.
You must also have an Enhanced DBS on the update service and be IT proficient.
