Day-to-Day of the Role- Support the learning and development of pupils by working closely with teachers and other professionals.
- Deliver tailored educational experiences that cater to the individual needs of each child.
- Assist in the creation of a positive, stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Implement strategies to support pupils in their academic and personal development.
- Monitor and record pupilsā progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
- Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a similar or transferable role.
- Confidence and a proactive approach to supporting children with special needs.
- A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the pupils.
