An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join as a Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager, responsible for ensuring effective management of supply chain activities and providing exceptional customer service in the FMCG industry.

Description

The Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager will be responsible for:

  • Manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with production to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Oversee customer service operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
