Conveyancer

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancer to join their team based in South Birmingham. The Conveyancer will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, including the preparation of legal documents, conducting property searches, and overseeing the transfer of property titles.

Conveyancer Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee property transactions from start to finish, ensuring all legal requirements are met
• Review and analyse property titles, contracts, and other legal documents
• Conduct property searches, including land registry and local authority searches
• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
• Advise clients on property law and provide guidance on the conveyancing process
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complies with legal regulations
• Attend closings and ensure all necessary paperwork is signed and filed correctly

Conveyancer Requirements:

• Experience in conveyancing
• Excellent knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
