Assistant Headteacher

This primary school-based leadership job is offered on a full-time, interim basis to start from January 2025 for a minimum of one term. The role will include but is not limited to the following duties:

Lead 4 classes in Year 1.
To manage phonics data of the cohort and maintain high results in phonics. 
Mentor to two ECTs.
Part time teaching commitment.

The Headteacher is looking  to meet potential candidates with a range of leadership strengths and the role will then be tailored to the most suitable candidate.

A relevant UK based qualification.
Substantial experience working within an education setting.
All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
Exceptional references.

Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements. You will be provided with advice and guidance in relation to your requirements that respect your home and work life balance. You will work solely with your consultant throughout your registration journey and beyond, always having direct access to speak with them on a one-to-one basis.
