We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a thriving, OFSTED-rated "Good" Infants School in Hall Green. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive Infants school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in the classroom, helping students reach their full potential.

Our client is a large Infants School in Hall Green looking for a Teaching Assistant, to support Early Years (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1) classes. Responsibilities will include working closely with teachers to provide a stimulating and safe learning environment. This is a full-time, long-term position, with the possibility of continuing through the end of the academic year.

The Responsibilities of this Teaching Assistant Role:

Assist teachers in delivering lessons, ensuring pupils stay engaged and focused.
Provide one-on-one and group support to students in EYFS and KS1.
Help manage classroom behaviour, following the school's strong behavioural policies.
Work with students on key areas of the National Curriculum.
Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and school staff.

Required Skills and Experience:

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Experience working in UK Primary Schools, particularly within EYFS and KS1.
Strong Behavioural Management skills.
Familiarity with the National Curriculum.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
