Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young learners? We are seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and dynamic primary school in Henbury, Bristol. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing support to students.
- Work with individual or small groups of students to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Support students with diverse needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
- Help create a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in primary schools, ideally as a Teaching Assistant.
- A strong understanding of the primary education curriculum and classroom practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, proactive, and empathetic approach to supporting students.
