This role is vital to the business.Comprehensive training will be provided, enabling you to operate machinery with precision and care. Key duties include:Maintaining pristine production areas and equipment, ensuring both hygiene and safety standards are met. Working with the wider team, you will contribute to the effective completion of daily tasks and smooth shift transitions.You will be adaptable, as you may occasionally be required to extend your hours to support the company's operational demands. Prompt reporting of any faults or damages is crucial, as is your commitment to adhere to health and safety regulations and business processes. You will help minimise production wastage and play an integral role in the maintenance of our equipment.This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality and efficiency of the production processes.Candidate requirements:You need to have an understanding of health and safety protocols, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast moving environment.
